Disliked: I found bugs on my bed. I took pictures. The shower was leaking very bad all night. I open the fridge and all water came up. Microwave was not working. AC was not working at all. They moved me to 2 other rooms because the first time the room was not done by housekeeper. The last room I was, I stayed there. They could not fixed the bad things in the second room. I want a refund of my first night in room 321. If you need picture of the bugs, please let me know.

Disliked: The room was full of smoky smell. By the time we checked in it was already midnight. The access card given was continuously failing and had to go back and forth multiple times. When we informed about the smoke smell, the receptionist did not even care and simply said, all rooms are non smoke. And other thing is, that there was one big board to enter into hotel but there are no hotel sign boards even to find out where the reception is. It did not even meet the basic expectation of Cleanliness, access card functionality and non smoke rooms and better reception and little sign boards for the directions.

Liked: I have stayed at this location before so decided to give it another try. The area was really scary but as the facility was under construction I decided maybe thats why it looked so bad. The male staff that checked us in was rude and preoccupied. The room was so dirty and gross. There was hair all over the walls and tub and floor. The carpets were stained and the hallways smelled and were dirty. We almost left but we couldn't book another room. Then the lady who checked us out was rude and shirt with us. I will jot be staying at another facility run by this company.

Adevrtise free breakfast but don't have it, first room i got stank badly like tobacco they moved me to a new room but made me dizzy and my head started to hurt of how strong the smell was. On top of that you get charge for parking!? Are we suppose to walk to the hotel ?

The location is great. The staff was super friendly.
Its dirty. Really dirty. I stayed here 2 years ago and it wasnt like this. Our bed sheets were stained from previous visitors. Looks like the vacuum doesnt reach the edge of the carpet near the walls. The edges were stained dark. There was some sort of glue or gum stuck to the nightstand. Tried to plug in my charger to the wall and large sparks came out. The lamp shade had food stains. The room smells filthy when you open the door. A dirty, musty smell. The bathroom ceiling has mold. You can tell they sprayed killz on it, but its coming back. Elevator is out of code. Honestly... the rooms need a serious scrub down. I almost went to the dollar store to buy my own cleaning products to clean it myself. Instead, we did our best to stay out of the room our entire stay.

The room was dirty, I had to switch rooms because the shower wasn’t working properly and the new one didn’t really work that well either. The carpet in the room was disgusting. It smelled like mold so I’m pretty sure that’s a health hazard. There was a hole in the walkway to try to get to our room

The hotel is old and the rooms smelled really moldy. The furniture was old and stale smelling with plenty of torn parts. My family and I didn’t stay we saw three different rooms and had to get a refund. If you have kids or just like a clean feeling DONT GO HERE!

The location is very central.
Wow. I mean, the stench of Febreze-covered blood, sweat and tears (and old cigarette smoke and...dogs?) was the overwhelming greeting upon opening the door (after having to get replacement key and special instructions); the couch and carpet were stained, furniture banged up and the smell-I mean it was pretty disgusting. I would have left and gotten a different hotel, but by the time I had arrived, I couldn't and had to stay overnight. Aside from the stained everything and the stench, the dim, flickering lights were enough to reveal the carved lines on the counters made by razor blades if I had to wager.
I was able to sleep a little, even with the sketch foot traffic outside the window throughout the night.
In the morning, running check out, I saw that there were human feces on the stairs outside, I got trapped in the elevator as it wouldn't open-I don't think the hotel wants you to ever leave.
I have stayed at budget hotels in the area several times, and they were no where near as bad as this. I advise you to choose elsewhere for your safety and sanity. Wow. Just WOW.

Spacious room and in a central location and front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Room had questionable stains and carpets were dirty. AC was extremely loud and would constantly wake us up throughout the night and also did not keep a constant temperature. We consistently rotated between freezing and sweating throughout the night with the AC set to 69 degrees. Additionally, we suspect our room had bed bugs as we had bug bites on our legs when we woke up in the morning. I expected more for paying $200 for the night.

It was near a lot of stores and restaurants.
I didn’t like that the ac unit was so close to the bed that it didn’t cool the room because the bed was blocking it. The room felt tight, and the elevator stopped working the last night of our stay and we were on the 3rd floor with 3 kids and lots of luggage’s and we had to use the stairs to get down. The room keys didn’t work both nights we were there so we had to reset them. The lights outside the hall were not working so it was pitch black at night and it felt eerie kids were scared the whole time.

Staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciate the reasonable price. The room was clean and as expected. The location is central and easy to find. The included parking was sincerely appreciated. All these factors and more made for an enjoyable stay. The good completely outweighed any negatives.
The jacuzzi needs to be cleaned. The filmy slimey bubbles on the top were pretty gross. The ice machine was not working and I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes.

Other than the location and the guy who Mark who checked us in... i didnt like anything a out this hotel. Its BEAT UP! Not for a family to stay at. If your a youngster trying to save money thats cool but a family of 4 like us, never again! This place needs a face lift! Asap. The price was cool but like they say, you get what you pay for. I wanted to check out as soon as I got to the room after checking in! It was like that. The sketchy people outside, the beat up floor where my handicap daughter fell! Come on man! Just a bunch of cheap fixes. The bathrooms toilet seat was loose! The emergency sprinkler was rusted! I wish I could post some pictures! Oh I can!!!! Keep going down for the pics smfh. Also! The pool! I had to clean that thing myself when I took my kids in. There was flies and bees and leaves all over! We were there like 5 minutes and out! I felt bad for my kids, never again.

The room carpet floor is filthy and dirty. Maybe 20+ years old . Need replacement . The stairs have rubbers that are falling apart. Took a long time to call operators.
