It was quiet.

Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate...sparse..very little choices with protein, basically all carbs. Room was clean.

Check in and check out processes were VERY impersonal. Used virtual technology. No staff at the hotel except housekeeping in the morning. No one at the front desk when needed. Very impersonal! Seems more focused on how they can keep more profits (money) for corporate, than provide customer service. Bathtub was very slippery with no effort to provide a non-slip surface. Had to ask for a bathmat to put in the tub to prevent possibility of falling.

Breakfast sucked because we couldn’t have any to take with us at 6:30 am when we had to leave the hotel for our event each day.
We had to get up and out early during our stay both mornings and we were told we couldn’t take any breakfast to go (1 coffee and 2 yogurts between the two of us). Thought this was ridiculous. This was something included in the price of the room and we were not told before booking the room nor at check in that this was a rule. If we had known we weren’t going to get breakfast we would not have stayed here.
We also never received the extra towels we asked for.

The property is good for what I need. Just a place to hang my hat and sleep.
The computer kiosk to check-in is not good. The people on the screen are ok and do a fine job. But the process itself is very impersonal and glitches a little. Some people like the personal touch. Plus the thing crashed on the people before me and needed to be rebooted. This took a fair amount of time to fix.

Bed ok, we had a awful stay, had to report noise twice, service desk guy came to our room in the early hours, my partner explained, and whilst he was there the noise happened, and made him jump it was that loud, 2 nights in a row, they have undesirables staying here as well, they come down to breakfast and smell off certain substances, one even challenged the lady putting out what they call breakfast, as he looked like he had walked in off the street, don’t stay, keep away…………

Shower bottom was very slippery and no anti slip protection! Wall safe was pulled off of the wall and sitting on the floor! No desk clerk! A new video monitor for talking to a remote person for check in /out! Not easy to understand when they talk!

Pool closed during most of my stay, not sure of reason. Hotel had an issue and gave room keys to someone checking in and they tried to enter my room while door lock was engaged. it was cleared up but this should never happen in any motel.

Close to I75 and where I needed to be.

Shower seemed to have seen new tiling.
This property is old and outdated. There is a virtual check in clerk only and trust me it does not make the process any faster.
In the morning you have one person getting breakfast out. And I saw 2 room service personal (even the front sign say that there is no daily room service).
The WiFi is a disaster and was out from Friday afternoon until next Saturday afternoon when I got back from y event and let the virtual front desk know that there hasn’t been a wifi for almost 24 hours. Someone happens to be on property to restart the router and it came back life. However with not having any one site watching for these things it not good customer service.
I believe this hotel as so close to the current construction nightmare in Sarasota is being used by construction cinephiles for their workers and the hotel doesn’t pay a lot of attention to good service for anyone.
The hotel’s atmosphere removes be of a train station with all the machines in the lobby, virtual check in, vending machine, money change, and some kind of locker.
The „business center“ is a dust crusted monitor with an old „tower pc“ but no printer, as advertised.
My Room had no closet and no dresser. There is a lost wall safe all by itself in a nook. There is no ironing board and neither an iron. The AC unit literally was held together by a duct tape. The hair dryer in my room showed signs of being melted previously
Breakfast fast a choice of mini muffin, cereal and waffles. I have not seen any juice but I didn’t really look. Coffee was decent though.

I was charged $35.00 because I was early to check in. I didn't see any mention of that in any fine print when I booked. The room was ready, I checked in within minutes so no extra work had to be done. Amenity "POOL". I purposely booked a room with a pool as I was not that close to beach. NO POOL and no deduction on room. But charged for checking in early. Really ?

Comfortable bed, uncomfortable, overstuffed and somewhat lumpy pillows. Room was barebones but had what I needed. AC worked well. Shampoo and soap were really nice. Hot water available instantly. TV did not have MSNBC—I always wonder is hotel owner is heavily conservative and forbids it. . .
Needed more hooks to hang clothes and makeup/travel bag on. Travel bag was not able to be hung near the sink, so accessing makeup, etc was not easy.. Did not like the blue cast of the daylight (?) LED lights, especially in the mirror. Felt cold and impersonal. No people in the welcome area, just a screen with an East Indian man who spoke extremely rapidly with a heavy accent. It was like a sci-fi movie. But it was efficient. . .just supremely weird. I had loud people in the room next to me, so wasn't impressed with the soundproofing; they came in at 10:30pm and were up late. . .

I liked that we were close to the pool.
There's a lot of illegal activity at this facility I really believe that owners need to look into what's going on around their facility. People come there to stay with young children and it's not a good environment for them. Would I stay here again probably not.
