Bedspread was terrible. Carpet was terrible. Someone was cooking on the third floor and it smelled horrible. Went to use the pool and there was bird poop all over the concrete and furniture and also bird poop floating in the pool. There was no drinking water at all in this hotel in no way to refill a water bottle or cup. The breakfast area was okay but there were no Bagels just small little muffins about 2 in diameter. And also there was some kind of eggs wrapped around a piece of cheese .

The light in my room didnt work and they never fixed it. I was there 4 nights and they couldnt get it fixed. The sheet popped off the corner of the bed and the bed cover underneath was horrible. it was full of holes and absolutely dirty. I have pictures of you care to see them.
The first room had a door lock with a hole next to it covered up with hospital tape. You could see into the hall when the tape was removed. They gave me a new room.

The bathroom appeared cleaned really well.
The initial room offer was a non smoking room but I checked the room prior to bringing in any of my things which was immediately after getting the key and the smoke smell from the room hit me at the front door of the room itself, The bathroom appeared clean to satisfaction but the cigarette smoke smell was throughout the room and they had the window gap opened, the window curtains was torn. I went downstairs and asked for another room, which I check it immediately too, it was okay for the most part. Upon my departure a guest can be heard sharing the condition of her room stating the hotel should not be charging full price for the condition of the room. I took could agree to that statement as I was leaving.

The lady that serves breakfast work really hard. She seems like she love what she does great vibe very alert always doing something and the pool was clean.
I think the carpet should be clean more often because I had a 1 year old baby crawling and he will get dirty my opinion, but everything else was good

Location was good. Breakfast was as expected. The room was great, looked to be newly remodeled. Loved the king size bed, very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Price was reasonable.
The first room we got smelled like cigarette smoke (disappointed because it was supposed to be a smoke free hotel). Staff fixed the problem immediately and moved us into a new room.

Room had roaches and requested pest spraying. TV spoke any changes made on the it too loudly and no button to mute it. Why necessary??? We understand the staffing shortage requiring the kiosk at the front desk, but it's got to go. Need to talk with an on-site person for more satisfying experience.

Very clean rooms. The breakfast lady was amazing: very sweet, always extremely courteous and helpful, and was always sweeping or wiping something up. So impressed.
The hotel is run remotely by a person on a tv screen. This remote employee checked someone into my room and gave them a key. Strange men walked into my room while I was napping. No apologies, no offer to move, no care for my safety. Inexcusable!!

Compared to other 2 1/2 stars hotels, this one exceeded all expectations. From cleanliness to breakfast bar to modern amenities, quiet guests, and my most important expectation, a pet, free hotel. The location was very convenient, but quiet.
The only strange was a kiosk right at the front desk in the breakfast Hall where guests could talk to customer service, which was really loud, like being on speakerphone. Would be nice if that could have been taken off to a side room.
