The breakfast was great, staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean.

I stayed in room 302 and the window blinds were broken and it was a wait to get clean towels. The price was also very high at around $240 per night; however, it was spring break so I understand why. No major complaints though, I survived!

Breakfast was very good. Hot food was served hot and was replenished regularly. Didn't catch the name but the tall, blond lady working the kitchen was excellent - great personality and hard worker.

We were staying to avoid concerns with Hurricane Idalia. We live locally in Sarasota. Only concern was bathtub vs walk-in shower. This is not really a problem but would be nice to have a choice.

Very bad experience, we requested a full refund, roaches everywhere, towels and sheets not clean, dirty with poop on them, we had to check out in 15 min after we walked inside the room, waiting in the parking lot, wit another family that had the same experience? , both families with 5 kids at midnight trying to find another hotel in the area, very bad customer service at the front desk, we have photos and videos

The $28 parking fee was excessive and should have been disclosed. As a four-star hotel we expected access to the facilities like exercise equipment, without an additional fee.

One of the best breakfast we have ever seen at a Hotel. Variety and some healthy options.

Some of the facility could have been updated better - some were but work was sub par. More lighting in rear parking also.

It was clean . The location was convenient. We had fresh towels every day.

The building itself is somewhat dated. Compared to other hotels, the beds were not as comfortable.

Location was great. Easy access to highway and restaurants.

Dated and unclean. Staff was rude. Hallways dark and poorly lit. Parking free at booking but required daily rate, fee, & taxes. Toilet broken when entered room. Owner was called and came twice to fix. Acted bothered and inconvenienced.

It is a good shower!!

I got there at midnite. I was tired. There was a big QR code sign outside, telling me to pay for parking. In my reservation parking was already included. There was no one at the front desk. I waited for few minutes and no one would come. I started to walk around looking for someone. I saw nobody. i decided to call the hotel. i heard the phone ringing just in front me. Then just after 3 minutes the assistant James came in. The told me I had to download an app for me to pay for the parking otherwise my car would be towed. Since the wifi wasn't connected yet, it took long for me to be able to downloaded it. Finally, I was able to do it. I did the check in but when I got to the room, it was single bed. My reservation was for double bed. I had to go down with all my luggage to the front desk again. So I wasn't satisfied at all.

The room rate was more expensive than what would be expected for the location. The extra 8 dollar a day charge for parking was not expected.

Location was good. Shopping nearby. Room was good. A lot of breakfast choices.

Bathroom needs to be painted. Shower-head was old and rusted and shooting out everywhere. Mold was seen. Sink was updated but the tub/shower was old and did not look clean. Re-tile the shower, floor, and new shower head. Fresh corking is needed all over the bathroom.
