It was close to the place we had an event at

That we had to switch rooms at 10 pm because the AC wasn’t working and was moved to a room which was an upgrade to a king suite on the second floor and there was no elevators on the outside of the building and the stairwell was dark. AC still wasn’t working had to have a tech come to the room to drain something in the AC unit. He told us it should start working. We were exhausted and fell asleep. Woke up sweating. Left for our event at 11am left the AC at 60 degrees returned at 6pm and the room was at 75. Gave it a couple of hours and asked the front desk if they had any fans for us to borrow they said no. Wanted to switch us rooms AGAIN but we refused since that would have been the second time at night we would have to switch. They ended up bringing us 2 fans after they said they had none and it helped alittle. We left the hotel and will probably never return to another Doubletree or at least that location.

Hotel and staff was very nice. The place feels like a resort. Everything was generally OK but paying 170USD for a 3-star cannot be justified. Breakfast was not a buffet, which was a disappointment.

Since I have to use a walker my room was close enough to the restaurant making it an easy short walk. My room was very comfortable with a nice view. . Breakfast was delicious .

Many years ago there was a very nice gift shop. It was always a fun place to shop. I wish you still had a gift shop.

The location was great for our needs. Pet friendly. Included breakfast. Restaurant/sports bar on premises. Lovely pool. Well groomed and attractive grounds. Ample parking. Comfortable room. Lots of towels.

The front desk neglected to give us breakfast “tickets” at check in and we had to retrieve them on our own from the front desk. Food quality in the breakfast restaurant wasn’t optimal. Eggs not cooked to order, having to ask for coffee refills, no customer copy of the receipts, burnt food, cold food, poached eggs not drained properly and soaked the plate with water, etc.

Great pool and public amenities around the hotel. We stayed in the hotel tower, which is not as nice as the rooms by the pool because they haven't been remodeled, but the stay was fine.

The location was great, felt safe, but still wish the cars were under better surveillance. We didn't have any issues though.

A/C didn’t work well, had portable fan to keep cool. Fridge was unplugged upon arrival. Bed was uncomfortable. Pool was over chlorinated. Stayed in room 218, shower sprays water on ceiling… if not fixed soon is going to result in water damage to ceiling.

Restaurant in site was reasonably priced and breakfast was very good! Staff opened the lobby bar early as we had some miscommunication about a venue start time. Food for our celebration in the ballroom salons was better than expected

Had to change rooms because A/C was very noisy. Remote control for TV batteries were dead. Originally had to go outside from venue to access restrooms.

The staff is amazing! Hotel employee are all stars.

I would caution people who have trouble with stairs to note that many of the rooms are on the second floor. So if you cannot do stairs I would recommend calling ahead to make that known or booking a mobility room.

The room was clean and nice. Mattress was comfortable. Nice layout with little patio outside.

Had no hot water. I went to wash my face Friday night and no hot water at sink. Checked shower water and it got warm. Next morning when took shower the water did not get hot let alone warm it was lukewarm if that. Mentioned to desk clerk when checked out. Clerk apologized and said he'll have it checked, but no credit given for stay.
