Had to call down to ask for towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner several times in just 4 nights.
Homeless encampment across the avenue.

It's too complicated to use the WIFI, I was told only last name and room number could be required to use the wifi, when I try to login, there was a plenty of info needed! I gave up to use it.
And my friend hit the the corner of the bed and she got a painful leg.

Staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and diligent. access around the hotel was easy, gym was excellent and with two lift stations, access to floors was brilliant.
Breakfast time can be hectic, the hotel has provided a time guide to help balance the numbers but people are people.

It was great to leave our luggage at the desk while we explored the downtown area, which was right around the corner. The beds are AMAZING! I slept in, which rarely happens! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you!
The breakfast was extremely chaotic, and people were loading up their plates and leaving nothing for others. Many food items and coffee ran out several times in the 30 minutes we were there. People were filling their waffle cups with batter and keeping four of them beside the waffle machine, while others stood in line waiting for their turn. That's not fair.

The location, this is the only good thing which values your money.
I am not fully satisfied with our stay in this hotel, there are couple of problems. First of all, in welcoming email, it says that we can directly park our car in the underground parking garage which requires a different ticket than the regular ticket about which we have not informed. So we headed to the garage before check-in, however it was totally full and there is no chance to find a place. We left the garage and paid a parking fee to ask the situation to the staff and the guy at the reception there, (I don’t know his name, I assume he is Indian) was quite rude. Other than explaining, he was justifying the email and he said hotel is nothing to do about the parking. Basically he said “discuss the matter with parking guy” our hotel is not responsible for any extra which is definetely hotel’s responsibility. The second problem was room was quite noisy because of the heating fan. It was impossible to sleep without interruption. The third problem is cleanliness of the room which is not vacuumed at all. There were dust particles all around the floor. Under the bed, I don’t want to mention. The last but not least, don’t you ever try to eat your breakfast at that place. Nothing is getting replenished and impossible to find a room for sitting down and eat breakfast without combatting with people. It’s not that hard to plan the breakfast, but they choose it that way. When you say those problems, they can find you unlimited excuses for the problems but they have no intention to solve it. So overall, 2 stars is more than enough and I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again.

breakfast can be chaotic, too many people opting for room w/breakfast, hard to find seat. Dry hotel-neither restaurant nor roof-top bar open until 5PM, couldn't enjoy afternoon drink at rooftop bar. Want a drink walk 3 blocks back to old Montreal.

The Breakfast offer was very poor, both quality and layout!! At busy times there is nowhere to sit, and masses of confused guests trying to get the meagre offer of reconstituted egg, cold turkey sausages and diced fried potato....whilst there was a small fridge for yogurt, bagels, and some fruit it was in no way a decent offer. The hotel is nice as are the rooms

The location of the hotel was not in a nice area, with a homeless mission up the street. I was given the option of a courtyard or view room which I was advised was a nice view and a great room. I decided to go with the view option but we overlooked the car park and the main road. Not exactly a nice view to look at like we were expecting.

I cannot say 1 bad thing about this hotel, from check in to check out everything was great.

The location is excellent. Right at the gates of Chinatown, a few blocks from Notre Dame, Old Montreal and the Old Harbour.
The rooms and beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size.
Breakfast is included in the price and the car parking is a reasonable $30 per night.
We had pre paid for our accommodation in full. The hotel placed a $600 hold on my credit card which is "over the top" and pathetic.
