The staff are very friendly, the room comfortable and the facilities practical. The location is close to the Palais des Congrès, ideal for a business stay.
The room was poorly soundproofed and the proximity to the freeway caused a disturbance, especially at night.

My card access was removed before 11am checkout time. Had to return to the lobby to regain access so I could continue transfering my luggage to my vehicle.

Our view on the 24th floor facing Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.
Handles missing off of the doors entering hotel. Carpeting very old and worn out. Outside is dirty, not very welcoming when first coming up to hotel. The floor in our room was dirty, shower small and very slippery, bathroom very small, cracks in ceiling.

The room was lovely. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was really good. There was a lot of choice. If you arrive early it is easy to find a table.
We asked for a room away from the highway a few weeks before our arrival. Despite of this our bedroom had a window on the highway and it a bit noisy.

The location was close to convention centre and centre of town.
Breakfast was average. No fresh bread, only toast and croissant. Coffee was average.
They could do a lot more in terms of sustainability i.e. get rid of disposable coffee cups, and the little milk containers, instead have at least 250ml of milk in the fridge and at breakfast have a jug of milk next to the coffee.
I asked to have room service every 3 days but my towels were changed every day which isn’t necessary and wasteful!!
No movie channel on TV and no instructions.

If you cross the bridge in front of the hotel to go to the old town, you will have to go thru a homeless area, with a mini tent city.

We enjoyed our breakfast every morning. friendly staff at the reception. it was a nice touch having a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. It felt like home. excellent for family with children.
The room cleaning was very basic the floor was dirty because of the snow, I had to clean it myself most of the time knowing that we didn't have anything to mop the floor. Big flat tv screen in the room but not a Smart TV..a bit of a let down really.

Noisy from a dance club on the 6th floor. Homeless people sleeping on the street in front of the hotel. So bad we weren’t comfortable leaving the hotel. The morning breakfast was terrible. Most people including ourselves were throwing the mass amounts of food on garbage. We paid $$$ to stay at this location but were unable to enjoy our stay for all of the above reasons.
Security in front of hotel, better food, noise level. Clean up the area to make it more safe and inviting.

It was impossible to sleep. Too noisy because of the highways. The pool was not clean, so we weren’t able to go for a swim. Make sure you take an earplug so you can sleep.
