A guy who checked us in just sat there and was not looking at us for like 20 seconds even though he clearly saw us. When he finally did, didn’t even say hi or welcome, so we had to start a conversation. Not a big deal but come on, it’s not hard to say hello to a customer when one arrives. All other staff members were nice and polite. Locks on doors should be changed too.

I like that it is cheap and with free breakfast but the breakfast has only bread, cereals, and coffee just to give you a head up. The location is nice for sure but it gets way too noisy at some point. We got the unit with sharing bathroom and one of the bathroom shower handles are not working (hard to open/close) and the hot water comes out in like 5-10mins. We mentioned it tho before we left so they probably already fixed it by now. The staff are nice.

The location is very central and steps out onto the arts district which is very lively and fun.
Unfortunately, our room had large cockroaches! We could not stay the night in this room due to that. I don't think anything else needs to be said, no one should accept paying to stay in a facility with roaches.

My room and the property in general needed some basic maintenance and repair work. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, no problems with the bathroom, good AC and Wifi. But everywhere I looked there was something that needed repair: cracks in the mirror, peeling paint, missing knobs and handles on furnishings. The TV in my room didn't work. At least I couldn't get it to switch on even after pushing all the buttons on the remote. I rarely watch TV during a hotel stay, but I paid for it and should work.

It was close to old montreal.the staff were kind except one.
It was an awful experience. The affordable room was not clean. Very low facility. I saw a bug on the bed and took the picture.It looked like a bed bug .It had bit me on my body all my arms and back of my neck. I showed the staff. They gave me a refund for the first two days and moved me to another room which was clean and much better .The hotel was in downtown. Very loud till 1 am or later. I could not sleep. There was no elevator . I had heavy pieces of luggage . It had lots of stairs and I had to carry them. Breakfast was not bad, but it could be better . There was not any cheese for breakfast!!!

They need to work A LOT on the cleaning. I stayed in room D-312, check under the beds and you'll see what I mean. Dust, hair, popcorn, and more…
I found hair all over the bathroom, and I'm bald, so you can't say they were mine.
The fridge was making a lot of noise so I unplugged it because I couldn't sleep very well. By the next day, my stuff was warm.
I'm not sure if I'll go back, even when the location is perfect and the staff are nice.

everything was great! The place was super convenient and easy to find.
Overall, my experience was very good. However, on the first day, the recapitalization staff member was not particularly welcoming. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite uncomfortable, and the remote control was not functioning properly.
