It was nice to have a washing machine in the room, and coffee maker and refrigerator! The bed was very comfortable.
There was not a dryer for our clothes and we had to hang all of our laundry around the room. If there was a dryer that was a combo to the washing machine, there were no instructions on how to use it.

We loved the location within St Germain de Pres and there were amazing restaurants and shops all around us. It felt very safe and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family trip.
We liked the layout of the 2 bedroom apartment with the washer/dryer and kitchen.

The room was very clean and comfortable in this boutique hotel. The best part was that there was a clothes washer in the room and we really needed it by this time in our trip. There is a small kitchen; however we did not cook. The king bed was very comfortable (really 2 twins pushed together as in most of Europe) The staff was very nice. There are a few good restaurants on the same street.
The building is a little far from the metro, but manageable.

Staff are excellent, attentive and friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier as our apartment is ready when we arrived in the morning from a long flight. The apartment have everything u need from washing machine to microwave ,fridge, coffee machine.
If only the sofa bed is more comfortable, the spring support is bad, till I have to remove the mattress and sleep on the floor. The apartment have 2 toilets but only 1 shower, 6 of us have to take turns to shower.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, and it was hands down the best and most spacious room we've ever had in Paris. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. Even with children with us, we felt right at home. It was a truly relaxing experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend! Also the stuff was excellent!

This hotel was easy to find, had such a friendly staff, and was perfectly located in St Germaine. They were also very accommodating to holding our bags before/after check-in while we explored the city. They were even able to get us checked in a little early. The size of the room was pleasant surprised based on my expectations and other stays in Paris. Would definitely stay here again.
We were only supposed to be in Paris for a night but were able to extend it the another. The only complaint I have is that we weren't able to book another night at this specific hotel and had to move!

• Good location in Saint-Germain (6th arrondissement), just one block from Luxembourg Gardens and close to the Pantheon.
• Very spacious apartment, much larger than other places I’ve stayed in Paris.
• Comfortable for a family of six, with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the large living room.
• Well-decorated, very clean, and well-maintained.
• Friendly reception, making check-in smooth.
• A store across the street was convenient for basic supplies.
• A bit pricey compared to other options.
• The sidewalk is very tight, with large trash cans and some construction nearby, which made walking around as a family a bit inconvenient.

The facilities of an apartment (stayed in studio) with daily housekeeping is outstanding. Very clean, pleasant decor. Quiet location but close to metro, shops etc. and easy to get to main tourist sites. 24 hour reception & lovely staff.
They advertise as offering twin beds but do not guarantee you’ll get twin beds. We didn’t get the twin beds we wanted but the bed was large and we were provided with individual duvets which was great.
Smaller issue - you have to request iron and iron board - isn’t in room. None available on our first day but available for rest of stay.

Our suite was spacious and beds, comfortable, including the sofa bed. The hotel staff is very accommodating to our needs, from the manager who helped us bring our bags to the room to Rodrigue at the front desk, who answered many of our questions by email before arrival, and then assisted us with special needs during our stay. The location and proximity to restaurants and the sites of Paris was a definite plus.

I liked everything, the only things I would say need improvements are the hand held showers when you want to use it attached to the wall it’s a bit difficult.
Also full length mirrors in the bedroom wardrobes would be good.
Apart from that everything was perfect, I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed in the 3bedroom suite La Perla. There were actually two bedrooms and a loft area with two twin beds. That area did not have a closet and was severely slanted such that everyone had to bend to be in that area. We had to request the pillows be switched from the slanted portion to the opposite side of bed to prevent hitting our heads. The upstairs bathroom bath was un-useable. It was a tub with a handheld shower with NO SHOWER CURTAIN or door. The handheld shower stand was so low that you had to hold with your hand to wash your hair. The water would spray everywhere and was a disaster. All 5 people had to use downstairs bathroom shower creating stress and chaos in the mornings.

This is an exceptional hotel in a fabulous location. I can’t recommend it enough. Felt luxurious yet was reasonable for location and size of the place. We were traveling with two kids and got a two bedroom. It wasn’t huge but it was much larger than a traditional Paris hotel.

Exceptional staff with the most comfort we have enjoyed during a stay in Paris. Our room was well appointed with a coffee bar, fridge, microwave and cooktop. Our king size bed was most comfortable with plenty of walk around room and a table to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again.
The hotel offered continental breakfast for purchase but we prefer protein options so elected to eat out a short distance away in the local cafes.

The room was spacious, with beautiful high ceilings. Absolutely superb location next to all the historic and cultural gems of Saint Germain de Prés. Two complimentary bottles of filtered water in glass carafes were a nice touch.
The sound isolation was lacking, we could hear people going up and down the staircase every single time, which was adjacent to our room.
The big towels could be of higher quality for a 4 star hotel in this price range.

The suites are so lovely
Our suite did not have a full refrigerator, which is OK, but it didn’t have an icemaker. When we needed ice, we had to go to the front desk. One evening the attendance said it wasn’t their responsibility so we couldn’t have ice. That just didn’t seem to resonate when you’re paying that much money. However, it’s comfortable, super clean, and in a great location. We’d go back even with this little glitch.

Location, size of room, kitchenette, espresso machine (good), housekeeping was always done timely, Angelina chocolate in minibar, slippers
Obvious mold growing in washing machine with terrible smell when opened - I spent over €20 and time having to go to laundromat instead, small bathroom, breakfast delivery to room was a nice option but expensive and the espresso from the machine in the room was much better than the delivered coffee, floors were difficult to keep clean

Hotel is in a great location, close to markets, boulangeries, metro stops etc.
Our suite was HUGE for European standards. Incredibly comfortable, spotless. Amazing kitchen with all the amenities. Looked brand new. Can't say enough great things about this place. Would definitely stay here again. Was very quiet.
All was amazing.

We are traveling as a family of six and it can be difficult to find space for that many people in Paris. We loved the apartment-style Suite L’Elegant. It’s clean, beautiful, and close to many attractions.
