This place is terrible. We had our confirmation for our room and how many people it would accommodate and Alessia and Riccardo refused to recognize it. I showed them the email and the confirmation for 5 people (2 adults 3 children) in the apartment we booked and they said it was not their problem because it wasn’t booked through them. Their service was terrible and they were completely unreasonable. The hotel room smelled like mold and everything was not well taken care of. This was the worst place we stayed in all of Italy and it was the most expensive by far (700$ a night). Not a family friendly place. Venice is amazing though!
Then the manager Margherita Pasotto responded accusing us of lying because Priceline and booking.com screwed up our reservation. But the low review is for how poorly they handled the situation and how poorly Margherita responded. If you want to stay somewhere that is very rude and accusatory if there is any miscommunication then this is your place.

Location was very good and really close to Rialto bridge.
We booked the hotel because hotel has a pool. However children arent allowed to be in the pool after 2 pm. It needs to be written on the page. During our stay, my son was in the hotel pool while there was no one in the pool, and the hotel staff warned us and told us that he should not be in the pool after two o'clock, even though there was no one in the pool. I think his behaviour was so rude. Since there was no one in the pool at that time he could have made exception. It was really annoying to be warned..

Also matrimonial bed was 2 beds together but the linked was for two seperate beds as well which meant the beds were moving away from each other if we attempted to get closer into the middle section.

Welcoming and informative staff on reception. Made everything clear upon arrival. Beautiful hotel and setting. Our room was pretty and so cool with great aircon. Access to the pool was really convenient and flexible. We had children with us and they were made to feel welcome but also reminded that it was a calm relaxing hotel so just no screaming and shouting while in the pool which we understood.
Drinks and snacks brought to us on request to our table outside our garden suite room. Towels, robes, bedding all very clean.
More drinks in the mini bar instead of just water would have improved our experience as well as the option for top service or food outside of restaurant hours as we were not permitted food in our room.

Loved the jacuzzi area. You have to book a 30-minute slot, and the jacuzzi can have a maximum of 9 people at any one time. It's not a private session, but it's still nice to experience it.

The hotel is beautiful, the decor is very unique and I loved it. The jacuzzi pool (which is pre booked for 1 hours use daily if you choose) was a nice way to unwind after lots of exploring! The staff were great, the gentlemen in reception and working on the bar were very helpful and happy to chat. Our room was a nice size, a single bed downstairs with a double up a flight of stairs on a balcony. The hotel's location was superb, everything was reachable on foot. The breakfast was one of the better ones we experienced whilst in italy, I think it's a european thing to not have a vast hot food selection. We enjoyed boiling our own eggs, although it took us the entirety of our stay to work out the perfect bathing time (4.5 mins for a runny yolk!). Overall I would recommend this hotel, but perhaps if you get the hard bed ask to swap rooms!
Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice, I enjoy a hot drink as and when I want one. The double bed in particular was rather hard and uncomfortable, in fact it was two singles pushed together which is a pet hate of mine. Take caution when standing up in the room, we bashed our heads countless times on the ornate light fittings and beams upstairs!!

The staff--and particularly the front-desk staff--are exceptionally friendly and professional. The common areas are beautiful and well cared for. The courtyard is like an oasis in a city that doesn't have a lot of foliage otherwise. Breakfast at the Hotel Giorgione is a highlight with many delicious options, both sweet and savory. The location is great, close to many excellent restaurants, bars, and gelaterias, and within a reasonable walking distance (< one mile) of every main sight/site.
It isn't accurate to say that there is anything that we didn't like. To be fair, we liked everything about the Hotel Giorgione. It might be worth mentioning that our room, though comfortable, clean, and attractive, was not large. It is also not directly on a canal, if that is important to you. We found that its convenient location more than made up for that.

The Hotel met our expectations on the facilities offered.
No hot drinks in room, some left out in the lounge but these disappeared when we wanted to use them during the day.
Not necessarily the hotel but the river taxi to the airport was arranged by them, but we had to pay the boat captain. Guess what his card machine was turned off , sorry out of battery and had to pay cash. Fortunately I had just enough Euros on me to pay him the agreed rate. He also waited at a different boarding dock than we were taken to and when we found him we had to clamber over a construction boat to where he had berthed his boat.

1. No tea/coffee maker with beverages at the suite, so no scope even for hot water in the Morning!! 2. They don't permit to get outside food inside the property and/or room. So, be prepared to walk for your dinner even after a tiring day out and in a chilly venetian night. 3. Breakfast spread was good but with same menu 4. There was no dental kit served in the suite!! 5. They keep the room keys in the reception whenever guests go out which was the ultimate shocker. It required time to adjust with this "policy" of the hotel which can be perceived as a trust issue both ways.

The first of all the photos on the web site and the actual room was totally different..I took a photos of the room I stayed called junior suit..you can take a look..only the bathroom was good and nice.No drinking water,,No tea,,no coffe,no mini bar…the worst think ,,the room was very cold..air conditioner is located very wrong place and programmed to 20 C. doesnt matter what degrees you set it up,,it returns back to 20 C after 5 minutes..I called reception to fix it but no one come..I had to ask one more blanket,,thanks got they send me..the bar tender on shift 22:00 was very unpolite.the way is acting and talking was unacceptable.I felt like a in a military camp.Me and my wife were out for dinner and took hot coffe to drink from outside.when we arrived to hotel the coffie was almost finish..The bar tender of hotel saw the cups we hold and started to talk loudly and remind us the stirct rules of Camp..my wife shocked..I prefered leave the bar not to argue with the old and unhappy waiter and passed to lobby..but he fallowed us and repeated his rules…I tought he was joking with us…I wanted to leave the hotel at that moment but because pf the valentines day,,all the hotels fully booked..after the cold and long night we went to restorant for breakfast…it was good and nice .the waiters were very kind and polite

Outdoor jacuzzi pool closed due to "chemical imbalance" for 5 days! Why not say just closed for the winter!

Everything, starting with the service provided by the staff. They were very professional and friendly and always helpful. The coffee available in the lobby was very tasty! The room was amazing, we did pick the bigger one therefore we had plenty of space and we really loved the decoration. The hotel and rooms take you years back and feels like travelling in time but still at the same time everything was very clean and well maintained!
That you need to leave the key at the reception and sometimes that means you need to wait. But that was not a big trouble.

The property is gorgeous in a good location. The staff are so accommodating and helpful, concierge has lots of ideas of things to do during the stay.
We asked for vegan food at the time of booking one month in advance. Upon arrival the kitchen staff had not been notified. They ordered some food in but it did not arrive on time for our stay.
The headboard was very annoying and banged against the wall

Staff specially at reception, wasn’t that much friendly, for example about not eating in the room, she said it as a firm order not in a warm or friendly way. And in their breakfast option, there were no vegetables, although we talked with their head waiter, and he ordered some cooked vegetables for our next day.

The location and the breakfast were good.
We had a tiny junior suite. The bed took up most of the room, and only one person could use the bathroom at a time. The staff person, who I believe was the manager, was rude to my wife when my wife asked for a wine opener because there was not one in our room. Finally, someone else found one for her.

Very good rooms and Beds. Breakfast was very good too. Location is excellent. Area is very accessible and close to all attractions by boat and foot. Hotel is located on a calm street just nearby to the main trading streets.
The hotel uses its old ancestry - investments into pieces of old furniture and vitrines full of porcelain all around communal areas.
The room was renovated, and clean.
Maybe that was the idea, and this is the way Venice always looked, but the gold coated tissues reminded me of Indian market at the Gare du Nord in Paris. The hotel needs to repair the tissues used in the interiors of the lobby and corridors. The lobby restaurant smells tobacco.
The Queen size bed's mattress had the hill in between two hollows.
Some of these tissues needs to be properly cleaned or changed. If the staff wears velvet liveries, the clothes needs to be ideally ironed, otherwise it looks awkward. Staff is helpful, but not welcoming.
The child threw a toy upon the bathroom roof. It was super dusty up there, where the cleaning is irregular.
It was funny to see the motel-style small TV in the good and quite spacious room.

Best location in Venice, near to everything you need.
They gave us a room upgrade and we are so gratefull!
Clean, comfy, idilyc hotel. Photo worthy! Also breakfast is great and has varieties.
They even put my ice packs in the hotel freezer for my medications on the day we checked out so that I have cold for the airport.
